Before leaving Ft. Lauderdale, we enjoyed a fun evening with
Brad and Ingrid Storm.
Navy Fleet Week was in full swing as we motored out of the harbor.
We spent a few days in St. Augustine, Florida awaiting Ray's
arrival. What a beautiful little town full of historical sites!
On our 4th day out, the weather turned on us. We
endured four days of high winds (35 knots) and large seas (up to 24
feet). We were battered, bruised and tired by the time things calmed
down on our final day of the passage to Bermuda.
