Linda flew to California twice this month to pick up and return grandkids who vacationed with us.  It's always so much fun to attend the sports and school activities for these high achievers.
To get to our anchorage in the Exuma Cays, we had to take a 9-seater airplane in and out of Nassau.
We had our 6 yr old granddaughter and 2-1/2 yr old grandson all to ourselves for one week.  They were great and we loved spoiling them.  Linda got to experience travelling alone with the kids (without a stroller) for the 16 hour trip, which included a red-eye out of LA and layovers in Atlanta and Nassau.  Amazingly, the kids never got cranky or whiney or sad.  However, keeping hold of Brady's hand, schlepping luggage and keeping Kailyn close by was definitely a challenge.  These kids are active!
Linda took our little sailors back to California and returned with daughter Kimberly's family.  They spent 12 days with us island-hopping up the Exumas Cay to Nassau.  It was a perfect vacation with warm water, sunshine, snorkeling and secluded sandy beaches.
